Job Overview :
We are seeking a proactive and organized Event Supervisor to oversee the on-ground execution of events and branding installations. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating teams, managing event logistics, and ensuring high-quality delivery from setup to dismantling. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction during live events and activations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, logistics) and external vendors
- Manage crew schedules, delegate tasks, and monitor workflow during events
- Ensure all branding elements, signage, and installations meet quality and safety standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during event execution
- Maintain accurate documentation of event logistics and inventory
- Communicate with clients or project managers to ensure requirements are met
- Conduct site inspections prior to event setup when needed
Requirements :
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in event supervision or production management
- Strong knowledge of event setup, branding materials, and installation practices
- Ability to read floor plans, technical drawings, and event layouts
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Experience in branding, exhibitions, or large-scale event production is an advantage
- Valid driver’s license
