Job Overview :
We are seeking a detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machines to cut, engrave, and shape materials used in signage, branding, and custom display solutions. You will play a key role in transforming digital designs into high-quality physical components.
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up and operate CNC routers and cutting machines according to job specifications
- Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and cutting layouts
- Prepare and secure materials such as acrylic, MDF, aluminum, and composite panels
- Monitor machine operations to ensure precision and quality standards
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues when needed
- Collaborate with design and fabrication teams for job planning and execution
- Ensure safety protocols are followed throughout the operation
Requirements :
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating CNC machines in signage or fabrication industries
- Proficient in using CNC software (e.g., ArtCAM , VCarve, AutoCAD)
- Familiarity with various cutting materials and finishing techniques
- Ability to read technical drawings and set up tool paths
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic maintenance knowledge of CNC machinery
- Experience in signage or display production is a strong advantage
