Job Overview :
We are looking for a skilled Workshop Supervisor to lead our in-house production and fabrication team. You’ll oversee daily workshop operations, ensure quality output, manage technicians, and coordinate with project teams to deliver high-impact branding and event solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily workshop tasks and team workflow
- Ensure quality and accuracy of fabricated materials
- Coordinate with design and project teams
- Maintain tools, machinery, and safety protocols
- Manage material inventory and report production progress
Requirements :
- 3+ years of workshop/fabrication experience (2+ in a lead role)
- Strong knowledge of materials and fabrication methods
- Ability to read drawings and manage deadlines
- Team leadership and good communication skills
- Experience in branding/event production is a plus
